During this time my aim was to produce a new vegetable cut to the market. I achieved this with a Ball cut vegetable! As well as being able to provide the Ball cut, the machine produces other cuts, these are Chateau, Barrel, Fondant and Cylinder. We believe our machine will revolutionize the way many kitchens work!
